I am more than happy to support your business, as you have a superior product and have been so very supportive of me personally! I am grateful that you reminded me that I could maybe step away from the business for a while, think about what I wanted to accomplish, and go back when I was ready. It was one of a few deciding factors in me enrolling in school to hopefully be able to do better, and work in places with more mature and focused colleagues who are there to actually cook and learn and not be ridiculous. It reminded me that there were people out there in the field who were professional, kind, and caring. And I needed that at that time as I had been dealing with some real lunatics ha.
